Prohibited Use of Content
​
1. Restrictions on Use: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software, and the compilation of any of these items (collectively, "Content") provided on or through Buddyville, llc, or Studio Jijiji services, including any website, application, or platform (the "Services"), is the exclusive property of Buddyville, llc and its artists, and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services and Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

2. Prohibition on Unauthorized Use: Without the express prior written permission of Buddyville, llc, users are strictly prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, broadcasting, displaying, selling, licensing, or otherwise exploiting any Content for any purposes not expressly permitted by this agreement.
- Using any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods on the Services or Content.
- Modifying, translating, adapting, editing, creating derivative works from, or otherwise making unauthorized use of the Services or Content.
- Bypassing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with any security-related features of the Services or any features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on use of the Services or the Content.
3. Exclusion of Fair Use: The unauthorized use, scraping, sampling, copying, or distribution of Content is expressly prohibited by Buddyville, llc, unless such use is explicitly granted in a written agreement by Buddyville, llc.
4. Enforcement and Remedies: Buddyville, llc reserves the right to take any legal and technical remedies to prevent the violation of this provision and to enforce the Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, immediate termination of your account or access to the Services if you engage in any prohibited activities.
5. Acknowledgment of Rights: You acknowledge that any unauthorized use of any Content or the Services could cause irreparable harm to Buddyville, llc, and Studio Jijiji, and agree that in the event of such unauthorized use, Buddyville, llc shall be entitled to an injunction in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
